Session Objectives:
A review of new developments regarding autoantibodies in myositis, including new autoantibodies in dermatomyositis 
Construct a practical guide in using anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody versus anti-neutrophil autoantibodies 
Identify rare antinuclear autoantibodies that rheumatologists should know 
Discuss the current ACR topic of ‘inaccurate results for antinuclear antibody’ when using ANA Enzyme-linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay or coated beads for screening
