The University of Florida College of Dentistry - Jacksonville Clinic is located at 2028 Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida, adjacent to Shands-Jacksonville.

Directions

From the South

  • Take I-95 N to exit 353D, Eighth Street.
  • At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a right turn onto Eighth Street.
  • Go through 4 traffic lights, then take a left turn at the 5th traffic light onto Boulevard.
  • The dental clinic is 2 1/2 blocks on the left side of the street.

From the North

  • Take I-95 S to exit 353D, Eighth Street.
  • At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a left turn onto Eighth Street.
  • Go through 4 traffic lights, then take a left turn at the 5th traffic light onto Boulevard.
  • The dental clinic is 2 1/2 blocks on the left side of the street.

From the West

  • Take I-10 E to I-95 N to exit 353D, Eighth Street.
  • At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a right turn onto Eighth Street.
  • Go through 4 traffic lights, then take a left turn at the 5th traffic light onto Boulevard.
  • The dental clinic is 2 1/2 blocks on the left side of the street.

From the East (and Beaches)

  • After reaching I-95, take I-95 N to exit 353D, Eighth Street.
  • At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a right turn onto Eighth Street.
  • Go through 4 traffic lights, then take a left turn at the 5th traffic light onto Boulevard.
  • The dental clinic is 2 1/2 blocks on the left side of the street.

Free Parking is available adjacent to the dental building.

Hours: The dental clinic is open daily from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon, and from 1 pm to 4:30 pm.

New Patient Exams

Residents

The University of Florida College of Dentistry – Jacksonville Clinic is now accepting new patients. The initial examination fee is $140 and includes a comprehensive, thorough evaluation of your dental concerns and oral health as well as full mouth xrays. A detailed analysis of your dental health will be provided, as well as proposed treatment recommended to obtain and maintain a healthy mouth and smile. Please call 904.244.4276 for more information.

Children's Dental Care

A complete range of children's outpatient dental services are available for children aged 3 years old and older.  If pediatric sedation is required, this service may be available, supervised by a specialist in Children's Dentistry.

Emergency Care

  • Emergency care is available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Emergency walk-in patients may begin to sign-in at 7:30 am.
  • The fee for the emergency exam and treatment is $135.
  • Waiting time for emergency care can sometimes exceed 1 ½ hours.
  • Please be patient – We'll attempt to evaluate your emergency and provide relief as quickly as we can.
