Hours: Weds. 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thurs. 1:00–5:00 p.m.
Room D1-14
  • First floor of Dental Tower, located at West Entrance of Shands Hospital
  • Enter through automatic doors
  • Faculty Practice is located on the left
Graduate Periodontics (Residents)
Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Room D3-30
  • Enter through West Entrance of Shands Hospital
  • Pass Faculty Practice on the left
  • Turn left immediately past the "Java Hut" coffee cart; elevators are on the right
  • Take elevator to third floor; get off elevator and turn right
  • Turn left at the first hallway
  • Follow the hall to the end and turn right
  • Make second right and you will see the Graduate Periodontics sign; door is on the right
