Location & Directions

Directions once inside the Dental Tower:

D.M.D. (Predoctoral) Student Clinic
Monday–Thursday 8:30–11:15 a.m., 2:00–4:30 p.m.
Check-in for the D.M.D. student clinic is in the Dental Tower lobby.
Use West Entrance of Shands Hospital; pass Faculty Practice on the left. The Patient Registration window will be on your left.
Faculty Practice
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Room D1-11
Use West Entrance of Shands Hospital; Faculty Practice is located on the left directly inside the automatic doors.
Maxillofacial Prosthetic Services
Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Room D1-11 (located inside Faculty Practice)
Use West Entrance of Shands Hospital; Faculty Practice is located on the left directly inside the automatic doors.
Graduate Prosthodontics (Residents)
Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Room D3-27
Use West Entrance of Shands Hospital; pass Faculty Practice on the left
Continue through the lobby until you reach a group of vending machines on the right; the elevators are on the left. Take elevator to the third floor.
Turn right off the elevator
Turn left at the first hallway, continue down the hallway until it ends
Turn right and you will see the sign for the Graduate Prosthodontic Clinic.
