Distance Learning
UFCD Videoconferencing provides and coordinates several different technologies that allow UFCD faculty, staff, and students to interact at a distance.
The UFCD Distance Learning Program links four dental clinic sites around the state with D8-11 to provide dental lectures to enhance the hands-on training the AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residents and IEDP (Internationally-Educated Dentists Program) students receive at the clinics.
Videoconferencing is also used by the college for administrative purposes and for Continuing Dental Education. If you are interested in scheduling a videoconference, you can make a request online, call the UFCD Helpdesk at 352.273.5701 or e-mail videoconference@dental.ufl.edu.

We have three Videoconferencing rooms in the College of Dentistry: D8-11, D3-3, and D4-16.
