Request a New Blackboard Course Account:

To create a new Blackboard course account, please complete and submit the form below. Accounts will be created in 3-5 working days. Before you get started: If you have never logged into Blackboard as a user, student, T.A., or instructor, you must create a user account for yourself before you request a course account. You will want to make your Blackboard username the same as your Dental email name, so it's easy to remember. You may want to use your UFCD password as well. Create a new user account
