Patients with fibromyalgia have significantly increased prevalence of xerostomia, glossodynia, dysphagia, dysgeusia, and TMD compared to controls, with no significant difference in clinical oral lesions or psychological status

and site of neurovascular compression with 3D CISS MR
imaging and MR angiography

3D CISS magnetic resonance imaging with MR angiography was useful in detecting neurovascular compression in patients with trigeminal neuralgia
