Pediatric Dental Clinics at the University

Our Faculty Practice/Resident
Clinic, located in Gainesville, has 8 dental chairs available
in 3 separate rooms. The clinic area also houses an office/reception
area, a dental laboratory, a radiology room equipped with panoramic
and intraoral machines, two operatories for conscious sedation
and an operatory for pre- and postoperative management of sedation
cases.
The Student Clinic
is adjacent to the Faculty Practice/Resident Clinic and has 9

Pediatric Dental Clinic at Shands Eastside
Clinic: 352-265-7025
This facility, located
on the east side of Gainesville, is about three years old and
houses primary care medical offices in addition to the dental
clinic. There are five dental chairs available four days a week.
As a result of the new collaboration with the Alachua County Health
Department, two additional chairs will be made available plus
a large office which will be able to house two additional chairs.

Pediatric Dental Clinic at A.C.O.R.N. Clinic:

Faculty, residents
and staff from the Department of Pediatric Dentistry currently
provide care one day per week at this rural, not-for-profit health
care facility located in Brooker (approximately 20 miles north
of Gainesville). The dental clinic is two years old.
There are eight dental chairs; two are located in a separate suite.
The clinic area also houses an office/reception area, a dental
laboratory, a radiology room equipped with panoramic and an intraoral

Pediatric Dental Clinic at the Florida School for the Deaf and
Blind: 904-827-2200
The
Florida School for the Deaf and Blind is state-supported boarding
school located in St. Augustine. Established in 1885, the school
teaches students with visual and hearing impairments through the
12th grade. Faculty, residents and staff from the Department of
Pediatric Dentistry currently provide care at the school one day
